To avoid duplicate records, all vendor applications are now submitted directly through WhiteBench. The public website remains the vendor entry point; WhiteBench stores the application and powers the admin review workflow.

Apply once. Continue your onboarding inside the vendor portal.
The application opens in WhiteBench so your information is saved directly in the system White Management uses for vendor review, compliance tracking, invite codes, and future dispatch eligibility.
Compliance documents are handled in WhiteBench.
W-9, Certificate of Insurance, workers' compensation or exemption, government ID, and trade license documents are collected and reviewed through the vendor compliance portal when applicable.
Application workflow
Submit the application in WhiteBench.
White Management reviews the vendor profile and compliance readiness.
If approved, the vendor receives an invite code and login instructions.
Compliance documents are completed before dispatch eligibility.
Legal-safe coordination
White Management coordinates facility services, vendor dispatch, documentation, and communication. Licensed or regulated trade work must be performed by properly qualified and licensed vendors where required.
